Having problems entering Login & PW
- Reply:
  - Remember not to have your "Cap Locks" on.
  - Login & PW are case sensitive..... Type slowly
  - If an error occurs just click on "Forgot Pass Word" link This applies to an existing customer
  - A email will be sent to you
  - Just copy it and paste it into the Password Window
  - For a new just click on "New Customer" registration link
  - Also make sure your browser is Java Script enabled. Most Logins need "Java"
  - Also try to always use at least an eight or more PW length. [ Using an Alpha and Numerical format ]
  - Then record it somewhere in a book [paper]
Having problems accessing an URL web address
- Make sure it is a correct URL
- If it does not work contact the person who gave it to you.
- Likely there is a spelling error in the URL
- Also if you are using Hotmail or GMail you likely do not have your "HTML" enabled.
- This does not allow direct "Click" access
- Just copy and paste the URL link into a new Browser access.
- Do not search it. Most URL's can not be searched properly in a search engine
- NB If one places the URL for the Llano Computer Club at Google.com

Having problems accessing an email address from a browser.
1. In addition copying the email address by "Mouse Over" the link and pasting it into the address in a "New Email
2. One needs to activate the "Reply Feature of one's Email Client Example: Outlook Express or Outlook

Problem with Street & Trips 2010
- There are about 10 problems recorded with Street & Trips 2010

- Before one tries a fix use the Microsoft Download/Update feature
- Make sure all existing problems a fixed
- Then load then uninstall the program
- Reboot
- Then re-install
- If the program delivers an error, "Report it to Microsoft"

- If you have performed a system clean up at "Care"
- Use Advanced System Care from Iobit "over 35 million users now"
  - Download free http://www.iobit.com/advancedwindowscareper.html [works manually]
  - Do a clean up daily, Click on the Blue "CARE" button.
  - Pro edition I use this works automatically
  - Then check your line of site to the WIFI Tower, you may nee an external antenna. [ Especially if your RV is Aluminum siding ]
  - If you are using cable modem, your cabling needs upgrading

- Be safe use your Internet Providers Free Webmail Service

Do you need an external antenna to get WIFI?
- No, but it will improve your ability to send and receive information, especially telephone or Video
